Very true..I have to be reminded that my addicted son’s words are just words. Unless there is action connected to them, there is no change. It is not what he says he is going to do, it is what he does. Thank you.
Great for her ! I’m also the mom of a gymnast,…not just the mom of an addict. I can relate to this a lot & remember those days well, even though my gymnast is now 27 years old. She was very into it,..& yes, we spent a lot of $ on it then for what our income was at that point. She also became a varsity cheerleader as a high school freshman. Kudos to your daughter’s hard work.
